What You Will Learn In This Course...
In this 200 hours yoga teacher training course you will experience a mix of hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga and yin yoga. Attain a deep understanding of yoga philosophy, energetic systems and meditation. Receive bonus aerial and acroyoga workshops. Gain expertise with anatomy and methodology studies. Practice teaching to become a confident instructor. Work at your own pace with video modules. Join live Zoom classes and make friends with students from around the world.
Practice daily hatha and vinyasa yoga featuring sun salutations, core poses, meditation and pranayama. Examine each pose in detail for correct form and alignment. Do workshops for yin, injuries, adjustments and sequencing.
Cultivate an authentic yogic lifestyle through a deep understanding of traditional yoga philosophy. Topics include the Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, 8 limbs, chakras, nature of self/soul, tantra, karma and ayurveda.
Learn the art of teaching, class design and caring for students. Record yourself teaching at home or online to gain real experience. Receive feedback from instructors to develop and grow into a confident yoga instructor.
Optional video modules include intro to Aerial Yoga and Acro Yoga with Bali's top instructors Caspian and Astri. These lessons will prepare you to practice aerial and acro yoga later when you attend ULU Yoga courses in Thailand and Bali.

Janina’s (Brazil, E-500 RYT) teachings focus oncorrect and safe alignment of hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga. She empowers students to look inwards and expand their perception. With her warm and giving nature, Janaina's intention is to create a space where students can develop a deep connection and understanding of themselves through a journey of love and compassion. 90min Hatha Flow
Manjeet (India, E-500 RYT) specialises in yoga philosophy, pranayama and meditation. Manjeet has led teacher trainings, chakra retreats, dance yoga trainings and yoga sharing circles & workshops in Bali & India. His highest purpose is to keep creating space and peace in his daily life and invite others to also keep choosing their higher self, intuition and connectedness with all. Nature of Soul

Dr. Kalpana Karia
Kalpana (India/Africa) has over 60 years of yoga experience. She was twice appointed director for East African studies, has lectured at numerous international conferences, published books, had her own TV series and received awards from the Prime Minister of India. Shashi (Germany, RYT-500) has over 10 years of yoga experience and has trained hundreds of instructors. Shashi has deep knowledge of yogic philosophy and energetic in addition to hatha and vinyasa yoga.
