Janina’s (Brazil, E-500 RYT) teachings focus oncorrect and safe alignment of hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga. She empowers students to look inwards and expand their perception. With her warm and giving nature, Janaina's intention is to create a space where students can develop a deep connection and understanding of themselves through a journey of love and compassion. 90min Hatha Flow
Manjeet (India, E-500 RYT) specialises in yoga philosophy, pranayama and meditation. Manjeet has led teacher trainings, chakra retreats, dance yoga trainings and yoga sharing circles & workshops in Bali & India. His highest purpose is to keep creating space and peace in his daily life and invite others to also keep choosing their higher self, intuition and connectedness with all. Nature of Soul

Dr. Kalpana Karia
Kalpana (India/Africa) has over 60 years of yoga experience. She was twice appointed director for East African studies, has lectured at numerous international conferences, published books, had her own TV series and received awards from the Prime Minister of India.
